For new clients, please complete the New Client Request Form and we will follow up with you. New and returning clients must complete the New & Returning Client Intake Form via the TaxTimePRO Document Center.

Please read the form thoroughly, accurately fill in all required information, and have all tax documents ready prior to submission to ensure the proper and timely processing of your tax forms. Any changes after submitting the intake form will incur an additional fee and result in the delay of your refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• If you are also allowed to claim a dependent for the Child Tax Credit or Earned Income Tax Credit, please advise the preparer immediately to avoid delays in your return. 
• Send all W-2 tax statements, Social Security 1099-SA, 1099 Self-Employment, all expenses for self-employment, any Homeowner/Student Loan/School documents and proof of large purchases (house, vehicle, etc.). Include the commuting distance from your home to your job, vehicle mileage, date of vehicle purchase, business details, start dates, etc. 

DO NOT TEXT OR SEND ANY SENSITIVE INFORMATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGE APPS OR ANY OTHER UNSECURED SPACES, AS THIS THREATENS THE SAFETY OF YOUR INFORMATION AND VOIDS THE AUDIT PROTECTION AGREEMENT.
